Return and refund policy


On the Guitarras Raimundo website ( we offer 14 days from receipt of the order in which you can return your purchase. The period of fourteen days begins on the day on which the customer or a person entrusted by the customer - and who is not the carrier - takes possession of the goods.

If you are not satisfied with the goods, you must return the equipment in its original packaging together with the documentation and all accessories, including cables, that it may have and without marks of use.

To return an instrument, the customer must inform us by any of the methods indicated on this website (telephone, WhatsApp or email) indicating the order number and the reason for which you want to make the return. In order to respect the return period, it will be sufficient for the customer to communicate their decision to cancel before the end of the fourteen-day period.

Return process

When the customer requests the return of the order by any of the means offered above, a member of the Guitarras Raimundo team will contact you to help you with the whole process. 

To return an order, you can either send it back with your agency, or pay for the shipment quoted by our agency. The customer must send back the goods without delay and, in any case, at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which he informs us of the revocation of this contract. The deadline shall be deemed to have been met if the customer sends back the goods before the expiry of the deadline. 

Once we receive the order, we will check all the items and if it is in the same condition as it was sent, we will refund the returned items using the payment method used during the purchase, a process that can take up to 15 days depending on your bank.

The customer shall only be liable for any loss of value of the goods if such loss of value is caused by handling or operation which is not intended to verify the condition, properties and functioning of the goods.


Exclusion of the right of revocation

No right of revocation shall apply in the following cases:

  1. Made-to-measure items or items with special specifications, engravings or customised designs.
  2. Delivery of sealed goods which for reasons of health protection or hygiene are not suitable for return when the seal has been removed after delivery.
