El Sistema Tradicional Español es un sistema de construcción de guitarras propio de nuestro país y que ha sido utilizado durante siglos por todos los artesanos españoles. Con este sistema la tapa queda unida al mástil para seguidamente montar el instrumento. Durante el proceso de montaje, una parte del mástil queda dentro de la caja, creando el conocido tacón español.
Este sistema garantiza una construcción más firme de la guitarra que si se usa una unión tipo cola de milano, muy habitual en la industria del mueble. A su vez, proporciona una mayor estabilidad y durabilidad del instrumento.

The Traditional Spanish System is a guitar construction method unique to our country and used for centuries by Spanish artisans. With this system, the top is attached to the neck before the instrument is assembled. During the assembly process, part of the neck remains inside the body, creating the characteristic Spanish heel.
This system ensures a more robust guitar construction than a dovetail joint, which is common in the furniture industry. It also provides greater stability and durability for the instrument.
